Initial Consultation - During the initial visit, Dr. Binder will evaluate your condition and perform an initial screening. Dr. Binder will educate you on your condition, explain your options, and schedule you, if applicable for a sleep study and and treatment.

Insurance
Although we do not apply for or accept direct insurance payments, we provide a doctors statement each time you are here, and will help you derive maximum benefits from your insurance company.
Fees
The fees in our office are based on the care, skill, time and judgment necessary to help treat your condition. The fee for your particular treatment will be discussed fully with you prior to your treatment. Payment for the treatment is due at the time services are rendered.
