Although we do not apply for or accept direct insurance payments, we provide a doctors statement each time you are here, and will help you derive maximum benefits from your insurance company.
The fees in our office are based on the care, skill, time and judgment necessary to help treat your condition. The fee for your particular treatment will be discussed fully with you prior to your treatment. Payment for the treatment is due at the time services are rendered. We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express, in addition to personal checks.
